Today is Monday, our official observation of our class, I’m excited and a bit nervous for I will be meeting the class today. We are informed that it should be before 7 a.m. we should already be there. As we arrived at the school, in a few minutes we are called to meet our coordinators, and there they orient us about our time and class, we will be observing for this week. And, as I wait for my time to observe, there have this unexpected circumstances, that my coordinator ask me to take over her class because she has something very necessary to attend. I confidently say yes, that means, I bravely take the class by myself. I went to 7E class it’s an intensive class. I commenced my class by greeting them and introducing myself and after me, it’s their turn to introduced their names individually, by standing in front. I do see how their names differ to the name that I use to be exposed. I could sense that their name has relevance to their religion, which is Islam. So far, I was in trouble because it seems that I’m talking to an empty slate, whenever I speak to them using the English language I received no response from them. That means they don’t understand what I am talking about. Still, I’m thankful that as early as today I able to encounter to them so I would have a prior background on how I will deal with them. It was a challenging and I believe every other day it will be getting tougher. I guess I should have an extra understanding and patience for them.
